Great Leaders: born or made??

Great leaders are born but also need to be made!!!

This is because there are different types of characters… & some people are born carrying the basic traits of a leader (like: being initiative, visionary, strong communications skills with ability to convince others… etc.)

While some other people are born with a type of character having more tendency to be a follower… more introvert, shy to speak, not so visionary rather thinking in here & now …. Etc., for which trying to teach this type of personalities to be a leader (like giving courses) may work but with no definite success …& might be a daunting role for him/her.

BUT This born leader will not achieve that much by instinct; meaning that he/she has to study, have a model to learn from, work on himself/herself in order to enhance his/her natural capabilities which increases by study, experience & time Yes some people change, me myself was shy when I first started working & my character changed by time, also I was very impulsive in dealing with people, but I started to control my passion & power with time & experience, However all these change did not contradict my innate base (my true me) of being born a leader who needs to learn how to be a good one.

At the end, if we can make leaders (meaning teaching all types of people to be leaders); then who will be the followers? With no followers, there’ll be no leaders!
